Mike Fleck /CEO

Mike has been in information technology for 15 years with 10 of those years in the security and compliance industry.  Prior to CipherPoint Software, Mike was the Senior Director of Technical Services at Vormetric where he led all aspects of technical selling and professional services.  Mike also held product management and systems engineering positions at Vormetric. Prior to Vormetric, Mike held leadership roles at High Tower Software, Predictive Systems, and Lockheed Martin.     Mike holds a B.S. in Integrated Science and Technology from James Madison University.

Woody Shea/CTO

Woody has been architecting and developing commercial software applications for 20 years. He is responsible for the architecture and logic behind CipherPoint’s patent pending technology. He was previously the Technical Founder of OM Software Systems where he built and led the development of an enterprise network provisioning application for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to OMSS, Woody held senior software development roles at Predictive Systems and IBM’s Tivoli, Global Services, and ADSTAR business units where he received dozens of innovation awards.
He is actively involved in his community and received Round Rock Independent School District’s 2010 Mentor of the Year for his work with at-risk youth. Woody currently teaches free English as a Second Language classes and raises charitable contributions to purchase computers for low-income families.     Woody holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Arizona.

Jim Franklin

Jim is currently the CEO of SendGrid. Jim is an angel investor, limted partner, and advisor to early stage companies in the Denver-Boulder area. Jim serves on the board of the Rockies Venture Club, as well as the Denver Software Club. Jim is a mentor to both Techstars and the Founder's Institute.

Jim's previous experience includes VP and GM at Oracle, CEO, CFO VP Sales and GC of Decisioneering, CFO of Vericept, and founder of webfamilies. Jim holds a BBA in Accounting, and a JD/MBA, all from the College of William and Mary. When not working with entreprenuers, Jim can be found on the water trying to sail a J22, in the mountains testing the endurance limits of Range Rover or pursuing endurance sports. Owen Allen

Owen Allen has 18 years in the Content Management and software arena, as a Developer, Product Manager, Sales Engineer, and Consultant.  Owen has worked with SharePoint for six years, as a Microsoft Technology Specialist, and as a Sr. Product Manager on the SharePoint product marketing team. In September of 2010, Owen founded SharePoint Directions LLC, which provides consulting to companies building for the SharePoint ecosystem.
